The sixteenth season of Criminal Minds, subtitled Evolution, is set to premiere on Paramount+ on November 24th. The new season will bring back the FBI's elite team of criminal profilers, the BAU, as they face their greatest threat yet. With original cast members Joe Mantegna, Kirsten Vangsness, and AJ Cook returning, the BAU will dig deep into darker cases as they try to uncover a complex network of serial killers.
The premiere episode, "The Rotten Apple," will see the BAU investigating a string of murders in New York City. As they dig deeper, they uncover a connection to a corrupt police officer and a larger conspiracy that threatens the safety of the city.
